| Description Mercy Housing Southeast, Inc. (Mercy) intends to submit a 2018 Savannah Gardens Phase VI housing tax credit application to the State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs. If successful, Mercy’s application will result in the development of between 80 and 90 new rental dwellings and an investment of about $17 million. Local government support for housing tax credit applications can be beneficial to tax credit applications. | |
