| Description This is for strategic planning advisory services from Elevated Development Concepts, LLC (EDC) in an amount not to exceed $67,500. The City Manager’s Office is requesting strategic advisory services to consult with the City Manager’s Office on issues and topics related to the development of an operational strategic plan, inclusive of leading indicators. The vendor will also provide support to the City Manager, Chief of Staff, and the Strategic Planning Leadership Team in developing the final guiding document and collaborative citywide strategic planning development. This is a sole source due to the vendor being a former City Manager for a large jurisdiction with similar challenges to Savannah. Delivery: As requested. Term: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.S.
