The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval of Amendment No. 4 to Task Order No. 3 with RS&H in the amount of $442,481.00 for on-site project representative construction phase 2 upgrades to the outbound baggage handling system.

RS&H, along with its sub-consultant, JSM & Associates, will provide on-site project representative services related to the baggage handling system construction during the construction phase of the project. The JSM & Associates on-site project representative will provide general coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and will engage an RS&H representative as needed for specific architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system items. RS&H will not be responsible to process shop drawings or payment applications as part of this amendment.

These costs are covered by the Transportation Security Administration – Other Transaction Agreement Grant.
