| Description The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval of annual service contract with Convergint Technologies in the amount of $39,117.00. The Airport Commission approved a contractor/vendor agreement with SDI / ISYS, LLC on March 4, 2014, for maintenance of security cameras and equipment. SDI/ISYS was purchased by Convergint Technologies on September 18, 2017. This assignment agreement transfers the remainder of their contract, which runs through December 31, 2019, to the new company, Convergint Technologies. The contract calls for annual maintenance in the amount of $39,117.00 per year. | |
