This contract is to lease three hundred (300) Automated External Defibrillators (AED) from Avive Solutions in the amount of $114,999 annually for a five (5) year lease with a total amount not to exceed $574,995. Leasing enables the City to outfit its facilities at a much lower cost while shifting much of its liability onto the vendor. 

These AEDs are capable of providing electronic self-checks with reporting mechanisms built-in and have the ability to communicate through WIFI and Cellular means. This lease includes all pads and batteries for the life of the lease along with first responder kits. Additionally, the bid included 200 wall-mount boxes with 10 being suitable for outdoor placement along with training devices and curriculum. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on April 10, 2029. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
