| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for elevator maintenance with Georgia Elevator Company dba Oracle in the estimated amount of $122,560.00. The contract will be used by various City departments to provide maintenance to City-owned elevators. While notifications were originally sent to all known suppliers, only one bid was received. Bids were originally received on June 27, 2017. The original contract was approved by Council on September 28, 2017. This is the second of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be from April 11, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
