| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 to Appetize Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $31,782.16. The original contract was to procure a point of sale system for the Civic Center to update the process of inventory tracking, transaction security, transaction efficiency, and reporting at the Civic Center. The original recommendation for the award did not include the cost of installation, labor, and training. The approved amount by Council on January 31, 2019 only included the hardware and software. This action is needed to complete the installation of the point of sale system based on the original fee proposal submitted by Appetize Technologies, Inc. The original contract was approved by Council on January 31, 2019 in the amount of $98,378.50. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $130,160.66. | |
