Godley Station West, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Herb River Bluff, a development consisting of 57 single family homes and irrigation. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 64.62 water and 57 sewer equivalent resident-unit development located at 6607 Laroche Avenue. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
