Savannah Health Services, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Children’s Hospital of Savannah Revision, a project consisting of renovation and expansion of the Children’s Hospital Rehabilitation Facility. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 1.7equivalent resident-unit development located at 4700 Waters Avenue. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
